I have had many different jobs, many different managers, and have managed myself. Lately I have wondered why certain managers, who have been managing for years haven't figured out how to do it well.
Communication! Communication is key! I am not the greatest at communication all the time, but I am when it comes to other people being involved.
I just wish there was more communication in the work place and that things were more organized!
Just a little venting there!
